What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to regional growth goals.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Scale digital products for large, growing customer bases across GCC markets.
• Drive product-led growth, engagement, and retention.
• Manage product P&L, performance targets, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead go-to-market planning and ensure products operate within regulatory, data, and risk frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior product leadership roles within a scaled digital business.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products for large customer bases.
• Experience owning product P&L or commercial performance.
• Experience launching products into new regional markets.
• Bilingual Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to live and work in Bahrain.
