What you will do

• Define and execute security strategy, policies, procedures, and roadmap across IT and OT.
• Lead risk management for enterprise, technical, AI/automation, and telecom-specific domains like RAN and vendor systems.
• Oversee IT security including IAM, cloud/SaaS, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Strengthen resilience through BCP/DR planning, crisis coordination, and SOC/NOC collaboration.
• Manage third-party security, ISMS improvement, compliance, and security governance model.
• Report KPIs, KRIs, incidents, and progress to leadership, shareholders, and authorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity or IT risk leadership
• Strong experience in telecom, critical infrastructure, or highly regulated environments
• Solid knowledge of security architecture, IAM/PAM, network security, telecom RAN, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of engineering and operations teams.
• Understanding of AI and automation risks.
• At least bi-lingual: English and Dutch or French

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001).
