What you will do

• Own security roadmap and align investments with business and infrastructure growth.
• Define security architecture principles, maturity targets, and coherent models for identity, cloud, and platforms.
• Review infrastructure and product designs, approve high-risk decisions, and prevent fragmented tooling.
• Maintain risk appetite framework and present cyber risk posture to executives and board.
• Act as security authority in incidents, translate risks to business impact, and mentor senior leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on background.
• Expertise in cloud-native platforms (GCP preferred), IAM, infrastructure security, CI/CD, APIs, distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of detection ecosystems (SIEM, EDR, XDR), threat modeling, risk prioritization.
• Experience leading security teams, designing architectures, ISO 27001, vendor risk, compliance.
• Advanced English (spoken & written).

Nice to have

• Experience in hosting/SaaS/high-scale infrastructure.
• Scaling security organizations, cloud-native architecture, fast-growth tech companies.
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM.
