What you will do

• Lead cross-functional BizOps projects requiring structured problem solving and quantitative analysis.
• Improve and automate financial and operational data flows from source systems to dashboards.
• Optimize tools and workflows across Finance, Ops, and Product to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
• Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and weekly/monthly reporting rhythms.
• Conduct business case reviews, ROI analyses, and operational feasibility evaluations.
• Identify process gaps and design durable fixes to ensure alignment across leadership and teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, strategy, or strategic finance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• Ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders to drive clarity.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Finance.
• Comfortable working in a high-intensity, high-performance startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
