What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects including product launches, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate between local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Define project timelines, track milestones, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including BRDs, SOPs, and Memos.
• Manage external partner and banking integrations, including UAT and go-live activities.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in project management or business operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Kazakh.
• Must be located within the CIS Region.
• Ability to break down complex technical findings into clear, simple language for communication.

• Prior internal or client-facing consulting or business transformation experience.
