What you will do

• Lead manual and automated testing for multi-platform social and casual games.
• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and BVT tests from specifications.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA, producers, development, and mobile outsource teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Run BVT, test cases, automated tests, regression, load, performance, and stress tests for new features and games.
• Drive quality metrics and create internal processes for development and post-launch testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software testing, test planning, and test case design.
• 3+ years in HTML5, JavaScript, and/or Java programming.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Automated test development experience.
• Experience with UI, functional, integration testing, high-volume web services, agile processes, and bug tracking tools like Bugzilla.
• Detail-oriented with strong issue identification skills and at least two full software development cycles.

• Experience collaborating in design and test process reviews.
• Building automated tests in HTML5/JavaScript.
• Strong test aptitude, customer focus, and games experience.
• Love for playing social games and finding defects.
