Salary: $123,000 – $172,000 USD / $111,000 – $155,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design and deliver self-serve experiences to drive expansion, activation, and engagement.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to define hypotheses and experiment plans.
• Build secure and performant features while maintaining enterprise trust.
• Develop experimentation infrastructure, including feature flags, event schemas, and reporting loops.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Review code and foster a supportive, feedback-driven team culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
• Experience building backend services in Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
• Proficiency in React and/or TypeScript for customer-facing web applications.
• Experience designing APIs, event-driven workflows, and backend data models.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Comfort with fast iteration cycles and using data to inform decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience working on a growth or product experimentation team.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Looker, or Qualtrics.
