What you will do

• Manage daily online store operations across various international markets.
• Update website content, upload products, and ensure high catalog accuracy.
• Support UX/UI improvements and optimize the customer journey through A/B testing.
• Perform QA testing, identify bugs, and coordinate fixes with the development team.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to launch digital projects from requirements to validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, and content management.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, UX/UI, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-market or global e-commerce operations.
