What you will do

• Identify repetitive tasks and build simple AI-powered tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Support customer experience by managing tickets, onboarding, and analyzing recurring customer pain points.
• Develop and maintain help center articles, guides, and internal operational documentation.
• Perform quality assurance and testing for new product features, automations, and AI solutions before launch.
• Explore and test emerging AI technologies to enhance user experience and internal reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern technical workflows.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
