What you will do

• Design MOF/BOF creatives optimized for AppLovin, including HTML end cards and interactive statics
• Produce weekly assets in static, interactive HTML, GIF, and short-form video formats
• Build interactive HTML creatives with tap/swipe/reveal interactions that outperform static benchmarks
• Iterate rapidly based on CTR, CVR, engagement, and creative fatigue signals
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Growth teams to scale winning formats
• Leverage AI tools like Nano Banana Pro for concepting, variations, and workflow acceleration

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from Philippines, Europe, Indonesia, or United Kingdom
• Proven experience designing MOF/BOF performance creatives, ideally for AppLovin
• Strong HTML creative build capability with interactive ad units or end cards
• Ability to convert static designs into high-CTR interactive experiences
• Solid skills in static images, GIFs, short-form video edits, product demos, unboxings, testimonials
• Proficiency with AI design tools

Nice to have

• Experience with AppLovin’s End Card Builder or equivalent
• Advanced AI workflows with multiple tools or automation
