What you will do

• Perform MTPE translation to adapt machine-translated content for marketing, product, and sales goals.
• Conduct research on IT industry terminology to ensure high-quality SaaS localization.
• Manage end-to-end localization processes including SEO optimization, UI/UX reviews, and LQA.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine content based on market-specific expectations.
• Develop and maintain linguistic glossaries and style guides for brand consistency.
• Optimize and review AI-powered translation outputs.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven prior localization experience as a translator, interpreter, or in a similar role.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills in Spanish for adapting technical content.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Strong interest in IT topics and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Translation Management Systems or CAT tools (e.g., memoQ).
• Deep knowledge of Spanish preferences between European and Latin-American audiences.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Certifications in Linguistics or related fields.
