What you will do

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, and perform thorough regression testing upon resolution.
• Perform regular regression testing on the production environment to improve overall quality.
• Liaise with customer support and the community to review and onboard valuable user feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements and monitor debugging results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manual QA role.
• Strong knowledge of smoke, sanity, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Good understanding of web application internals: JavaScript/TypeScript, REST, WebSockets, and SQL.
• Experience with GIT and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA or Linear.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of how to measure the performance of Angular 2+ components.
• Working hours: Must operate within CET hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Performance/Load Testing tools like JMeter.
• Experience with Automated End-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright.
• API testing experience with Postman, SoapUI, Apollo, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
