What you will do

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of global, regional, or country-specific sourcing projects.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and consolidate demand.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels.
• Analyze sourcing initiatives to identify opportunities for cost savings and synergies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Contract Management teams to ensure compliance in procurement agreements.
• Guide stakeholders through the source-to-pay process and organize training sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement.
• Proven experience in leading negotiations and managing vendor relationships to deliver cost reductions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach in dynamic environments.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing and Professional services categories.
• Familiarity with MFiles and JIRA.
