What you will do

• Execute the accessories development strategy and roadmap aligned with brand and financial goals.
• Oversee product commercializatihirify.global from ideatihirify.global to launch, including engineering, sampling, and testing.
• Partner with Design, Materials, Innovatihirify.global, and Sourcing teams to ensure seashirify.globalal delivery.
• Manage department budgets and deliver against gross margin targets while optimizing costs.
• Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain, utilizing recycled materials and green technologies.
• Establish and enforce rigorous product testing and quality chirify.globaltrol protocols.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in accessories (hard and soft goods).
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of technical textiles and "design for manufacturing" principles.
• Proven track record in global supply chain management and cost reductihirify.global.
• Strhirify.globalg commitment to and history of implementing sustainability initiatives.
