What you will do

• Research and synthesize complex source materials related to intelligence, operations, and logistics to create AI training data.
• Evaluate and critique military-style documents generated by AI systems to ensure accuracy, tone, and logical consistency.
• Write clear, structured responses to prompts regarding government and defense topics following specific style guides.
• Develop best practices for improving LLMs and create guidelines for Model Evaluation and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional writing experience (technical, copywriting, or academic).
• Proven ability to quickly digest and understand complex technical, government, or legal documents.
• Meticulous eye for grammar, syntax, and style consistency.
• Ability to synthesize complex information without requiring prior military service.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for government, legal, or engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with DoD writing styles or government style guides.
• Educational background in Political Science, International Relations, History, or English.
