What you will do

• Challenge advanced language models on topics like Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, and production scheduling.
• Converse with AI models in both English and French to simulate real-world manufacturing scenarios.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model-generated technical responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to improve model reasoning.
• Collaborate on improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Master's degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (robotics, CNC, OEE, etc.).
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work".
