What you will do
- Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical customer problems within the APM product suite.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, specifically focusing on distributed tracing, latency analysis, and error profiling.
- Support customers with installation, configuration, and data exploration for infrastructure technologies.
- Advocate for customer needs by reporting bugs and documenting feature requests for the Product Organization.
- Continuously advance technical skills through training on new infrastructure features and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-user software support via email, phone, and social media.
- Expertise in troubleshooting APM in enterprise environments (distributed tracing, latency, error profiling).
- Solid understanding of Linux-based environments, including permissions and file manipulation.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, including monitoring microservices and sidecar patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Java, Python, or Kubernetes (K8S).
- Familiarity with products.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting system and application logs.
- Experience with additional IaaS platforms like Azure or GCP.
