What you will do

• Brainstorm and collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to conceptualize new features and build product roadmaps.
• Bring a product mindset to understand customers’ business needs and technical opportunities/challenges.
• Build, maintain, and optimize product features focused on user collaboration across web and mobile.
• Own team features or systems, define their long-term health, and improve surrounding systems.
• Mentor engineers, conduct deep code reviews, and improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Participate in on-call duties.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience building web and mobile products with TypeScript, SQL databases, React, and Node.js.
• Experience in mobile-first responsive and iterative web development.
• Write understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communicator able to explain complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in web development, computer science, or related field.
• Knowledge of React Native.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and service deployment.
