What you will do

• Develop and enhance IAM features for authentication and user management across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and optimize core IAM services to ensure scalable access control across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to create intuitive and seamless identity experiences.
• Write clean, testable, and secure code in C# and TypeScript for web and mobile components.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architectural discussions to improve system reliability.
• Mentor other engineers and conduct deep code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Understanding of modern web authentication patterns and Interest in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Must be based in Toronto

Nice to have

• Experience with SSO protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML) and providers like Okta or Azure AD.
• Knowledge of SCIM, token-based authentication (JWT, PKCE), and encryption standards (SSL/TLS).
• Experience with React Native applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog.
