What you will do

• Handle end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and life cycle events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for People Operations queries, providing guidance to staff and managers.
• Ensure data integrity within HRIS and Payroll systems through regular upkeep and accuracy checks.
• Develop HR reports, templates, dashboards, and scorecards to provide bespoke data insights for stakeholders.
• Map, document, and maintain a comprehensive library of People operational processes.
• Collaborate on both local and global People projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist, coordinator, or in HR operations.
• 1-2 years of practical expertise working with People Systems and HRIS.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools, specifically MS PowerBI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
