Focus on resolving HR SSC requests, maintaining learning programs and data for covered countries, and performing ad hoc reporting while supporting new specialists.

What you will do

  • Handle HR SSC inquiries via phone and email as the first filter using predefined answers.
  • Own issue resolution as first point of contact, providing guidance and escalating to relevant HR teams when needed.
  • Coordinate with subject-matter experts to develop and maintain detailed knowledge of designated learning processes/policies/trainings for covered countries.
  • Manage LMS processes: keep programs, courses, items data, and files updated; create and prepare documents and templates.
  • Review and process requests and documentation for updates, modifications, focused groups, and individual cases; ensure all queries are logged in the enquiry management tool.
  • Provide process expertise to identify improvement opportunities and run ad hoc reporting; support training of new specialists.

Requirements

  • Trilingual capability for HR learning administration processes: English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Eng - Spa - Por).
  • Strong HR knowledge to resolve complex inquiries and interpret HR learning policies.
  • Experience working with learning administration workflows and transactional HR processes within People Services/HR operations.
  • Ability to manage LMS-related tasks including maintaining learning programs, courses, and related data.
  • Experience logging and tracking requests using an enquiry management tool.
