What you will do

  • Redesign and optimize landing and product pages to improve visual hierarchy, UX flow, and brand presentation.
  • Translate performance-driven, copy-heavy layouts into engaging and brand-aligned digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure design decisions support conversion goals and acquisition metrics.
  • Develop UX structures that improve readability and customer journey clarity across web pages.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand identity across digital touchpoints, including web and email design systems.
  • Use Figma to design, iterate, and deliver production-ready assets.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX and visual/brand design, ideally within DTC or e-commerce environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work for consumer-facing brands, with preference for wellness or premium lifestyle products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design workflows.
  • Deep understanding of direct-response principles and how design impacts conversion rates.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based setup.
  • Availability aligned with European working hours preferred.
