What you will do

• Set clear design direction that raises the quality, clarity, and consistency of product experiences.
• Ensure design is a strong partner in problem definition and shaping product strategy.
• Lead the evolution of AI-enabled design practices to increase speed and improve outcomes.
• Own and evolve the design system in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Take a holistic view of the end-to-end customer experience across product touchpoints and the broader lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and grow a senior Product Design team, fostering a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience building and scaling high-performing product design teams.
• A strong point of view on simplicity, usability, and user-centered design.
• Demonstrated ability to evolve design systems and experience quality at scale across the full customer journey.
• Practical experience integrating AI into design workflows to improve speed and outcomes.
• Deep empathy for small businesses, solopreneurs, or similarly constrained customer segments.
• Strong collaboration skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
