What you will do

• Handle strategic test management including process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-process activities with release management, requirements management, etc.
• Manage multiple test projects and define overarching test strategies.
• Ensure success of all test activities.
• Manage customer relationships and support pre-sales.
• Mentor colleagues with your expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software testing as a responsible test manager
• High customer and service orientation with strong communication skills up to C-level
• Experience leading and coaching project teams
• Experience expanding customer relationships and sales
• Expert knowledge of processes, methods, software development, and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum)
• Business fluent German (C1)
• ISTQB Tester Advanced Level certificate, ideally IREB or PSM/PSPO
