What you will do

• Oversee Security Control Room operations, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Supervise and maintain performance standards for the contract security team and manage associated invoices.
• Conduct damage and loss investigations, review CCTV footage, and coordinate emergency responses.
• Perform constant security risk assessments in public areas and collaborate with Floor Managers for corrective actions.
• Coordinate security for events, offsite exhibitions, and sales of high-value property.
• Manage premises safety inspections and coordinate annual fire drills with building management.

Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of security and fire inspection procedures.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is essential.
• Ability to read and write Traditional Chinese is required.
• Proven ability to work calmly under pressure and manage emergency situations.
