What you will do

• Build the MVP encompassing real-time voice interaction, therapist UX, and session orchestration.
• Develop therapist control and override workflows to ensure clinical judgment remains with the human provider.
• Create session data products for participation tracking and structured behavioral signals.
• Design an initial telehealth workflow for children with social anxiety (ages 6-12).
• Collaborate with clinicians and pilot partners to validate system engagement and therapist capacity.
• Define the technical scope and roadmap from pilots to a standalone provider model.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack product engineering experience, particularly with real-time voice or interaction-heavy systems.
• Demonstrated experience building GenAI products focusing on behavior design, control boundaries, and safety.
• Ability to design expert-in-the-loop workflows that assist without replacing licensed professionals.
• Comfort moving from early prototypes to real-world operational pilots.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and modern GenAI tooling as part of the development stack.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech systems, voice UX, telehealth, or behavioral health workflows.
• Background in regulated products, clinician tooling, or outcome-sensitive consumer products.
• Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer.
