QA Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Conduct final inspections using structured checklists and record results accurately against unit serial numbers.
• Manage SAP Inspection Lot data to ensure all test results are completed and within specified limits.
• Ensure full traceability of installed components and generate Certificates of Compliance (CoC) for shipments.
• Pack inspected units according to internal packaging standards and transfer them into stock.
• Perform maintenance and monitor the calibration status of measuring equipment.
• Adhere to Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on a daily basis.

Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing industry.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and test results.
• Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work within a clean room environment.
• Understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
