New opening: QA Lead / QA Manager
Central Israel
Salary: up to 35K

We are looking for a strong QA professional for an important leadership role in a technology company working with complex systems.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Software QA
- Strong manual testing / manual QA background
- At least 2 years of management experience, leading a team of 3–5 people or more
- High level of English for meetings, emails, and work with a global team
- Strong leadership skills, high energy, proactivity, and the ability to drive positive change
- Willingness to be hands-on when the team needs it

The role includes managing a QA team of 14 people across Israel, Sweden, and the US, working closely with senior stakeholders, and helping move QA processes forward.

Experience in medical / medtech, multidisciplinary, or global companies will be a strong advantage.
