What you will do

• Manage the B.DoCS/IMS documentation system, including error handling and coordination with IT.
• Control external documents and ensure timely review and documentation.
• Coordinate complaints for imported and exported products, ensuring timely investigation closure and communication.
• Act as the primary contact point between manufacturers and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly, and MQR documentation and complaint reports.
• Support SOP creation, revision, and training activities regarding IMS, Bdocs, and GDP.

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Quality Management, or Food Technology.
• Good English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates or final year students with less than 1 year of working experience.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
