Installation Supervisor

What you will do

• Coordinate site preparation, utilities verification, and equipment delivery with Project Manager.
• Lead assembly and installation of Packaging (Fillers, Helix, Cappers, Palletizers) and Processing (Mixers, Homogenizers, UHT) systems.
• Supervise internal teams and subcontractors (30+ personnel), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, punch lists, and manage safety audits for zero-accident sites.
• Act as on-site interface for customers, vendors, and stakeholders, handling requisitions and variation orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Science).
• Minimum 5 years in engineering, field service, or site supervision in food/beverage environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD 2D/3D, SAP, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of WCM, TPM, aseptic operations, ISO 22000, HACCP.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 70% domestically/internationally and work 6 days/week during site phases.
• Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
