What you will do

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English for meetings, calls, and written correspondence
• Translate project documents, reports, and contracts with attention to cultural nuance
• Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
• Liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking clients, vendors, and team members
• Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or project administrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to work onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
