What you will do

• Develop and improve APIs for banks, brokers, and crypto-platforms.
• Investigate, interpret, and reverse-engineer banking and brokerage APIs.
• Lead product assignments through all phases of planning, development, and delivery.
• Actively participate in architectural design and decision-making.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members via code peer-reviews and retrospectives.
• Improve system architecture, scalability, and security using Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background in finance or wealth management.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Java (preferably Spring Boot).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and extensive unit/integration testing.
• English: Mandatory proficiency.
• German: Proficiency sufficient to interpret bank accounting statements.

Nice to have

• Machine learning experience or related statistical training.
• Experience with big-data stacks such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
