What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and project timelines to ensure timely completion and scope adherence.
• Create and develop social media content, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and reports while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Collect and organize marketing data, including social media analytics and KPIs, to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide administrative and logistical support, including scheduling meetings and tracking deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the USA

Nice to have

• Familiarity with government contracting or government-related marketing.
• Basic knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
