What you will do

• Execute custom in-house apparel designs specifically for Formula 1.
• Collaborate with brands, fashion designers, and marketing teams to integrate graphics into product lines.
• Coordinate with print vendors and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production.
• Research industry trends and competitors to keep designs fresh and competitive.
• Prepare detailed tech pack specifications including colorways, placements, and dimensions.
• Liaise with outside designers and artists to maintain creative direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Apparel Design with a major athletic or fashion brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Henderson, NV (Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite).
• Must have US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
