TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global), but must be performed outside of Ontario

What you will do

  • Provide technical support via phone, email/tickets, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website, email, and hosting issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain content management systems, specifically WordPress.
  • Explain DNS settings and web design tools to customers in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Address and escalate pre-sales, sales, and billing inquiries.
  • Conduct callbacks to ensure a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for websites and email systems.
  • Ability to work according to Eastern Time (Toronto) schedules.

  • Experience with web hosting platforms.
  • Background in customer service or a related technical role.
