What you will do
- Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements and environmental considerations.
- Consult with engineers and architects to ensure successful deployment activities.
- Identify customer technical requirements and provide detailed product information to potential and actual customers.
- Create technical proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI reports.
- Demonstrate the technical value of solutions and provide technical training to customer staff.
- Monitor federal, state, and local legislation to ensure product and service adherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales/systems engineering role or digital forensic investigations.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration, basic networking, and storage administration.
- Knowledge of forensic solutions and evidence analytics (e.g., , Oxygen, MSAB, Magnet, Nuix, Palantir, I2).
- Experience in relationship building and professional presenting.
- Required to work 5 days per week in the Tysons Corner, VA office
