What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code for forensic research infrastructure.
• Optimize the Decoding Engine by identifying bottlenecks and improving system performance.
• Migrate monolithic components into microservices to enable cloud and distributed computing readiness.
• Develop internal client applications for end-to-end testing of infrastructure and parsing logic.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for software engineering best practices across the group.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with C# and .NET (both .NET Framework and .NET 8+).
• Strong expertise in server-side development, including async/await, multi-threading, and concurrency.
• Proven ability to design and maintain complex system architectures using OOP and SOLID principles.
• Deep background in performance profiling and troubleshooting production systems.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Location: Must be based in Petah Tikva, Israel

Nice to have

• Experience working with AWS.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST APIs with versioning.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
