Location: Must be located in Israel

What you will do

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on quality and rapid delivery.
Define and evolve the technical vision and roadmap for the team.
Own end-to-end delivery of business features from concept through production.
Partner with Product and field teams to ensure successful business impact.
Drive engineering excellence and shape technical direction, tooling, and workflows.

Requirements

Must be located in Israel.
4+ years of software/backend engineering experience.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices).
Hands-on backend development experience with Go, Python, Java, C#, or similar.
Expertise operating high-scale SaaS systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
