What you will do

• Analyze network traffic, logs, and alerts for anomalies and breaches, performing initial triage.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration tests, document findings, and recommend mitigations.
• Execute incident response protocols including containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Contribute to compliance efforts like ISO27001 and data security laws.
• Assist with risk assessments and integrate security into software development lifecycle.
• Review vulnerability disclosure program findings and maintain knowledge of emerging threats.

Requirements

• 1-5 years experience in security analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Working knowledge of log analysis, SIEM systems, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, etc.), incident response, OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, GitHub, and software development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), EDR, vulnerability scanners, and ISO27001.

Nice to have

• Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, etc.).
• Experience with security automation and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in ambiguity, and self-motivate in remote environments.
