What you will do

• Own full operational scope including antifraud, disputes, AML operations and compliance-related case handling
• Design operational structure, headcount plans, role distribution and productivity benchmarks based on launch projections
• Develop end-to-end processes for fraud monitoring, dispute handling, investigations and ticket management flows
• Build operational manuals, knowledge base and training programs for agents and managers
• Hire key leadership roles and build the operational team prior to launch
• Partner with Customer Support, Product, Compliance and Risk teams; establish KPIs, SLAs and quality controls
• Monitor performance, loss trends and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience leading fraud prevention and disputes operations in financial institution or fintech
• Strong understanding of card fraud, account fraud, chargebacks and dispute lifecycle
• Experience building operational teams from scratch in fast-growing environment
• Analytical mindset for translating forecasts into staffing models
• Solid knowledge of AML and regulatory operational requirements
• Experience with case management, ticketing workflows, UML, Sequence diagrams and BPMN
• Basic SQL skills; strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in ambiguous launch environment
