What you will do

• Troubleshoot basic server, network, and hosting-related issues to resolve L1 support tickets.
• Perform Linux system administration tasks, including file management and user administration on Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL.
• Manage and maintain web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Monitor system performance using Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana.
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common technical issues.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and web hosting concepts.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Understanding of basic scripting in Bash, Python, or Perl.
