Location: Almaty (Onsite/Hybrid) or Remote

hirify.global is an independent studio developing One State, a unique social sandbox MMO for the mobile market.

What you will do

  • Develop and refine the narrative aspects of in-game events.
  • Expand and improve game lore in collaboration with game designers.
  • Work with monetization, content, art, and sound teams to develop features and monetization content.
  • Research U.S. culture and target audience to produce data-driven documentation.
  • Create specifications for art and sound teams, providing feedback to ensure player expectations are met.
  • Take ownership of the narrative direction and overall game IP, from text to high-level worldbuilding.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial experience in narrative development for mobile and/or PC games.
  • Experience with monetization systems and content design.
  • Strong sense of style regarding naming, character design, and visual composition.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly in documentation and verbally.
  • Knowledge of U.S. culture.
  • Conversational English proficiency.
