What you will do
- Deliver face-to-face customer service during home visits, connecting customers with support and setting up manageable payment plans
- Conduct open conversations on affordability and vulnerability, gather property and occupant information
- Follow strict safety protocols as a lone worker, including check-ins and wearing safety devices
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and account reviews when not in the field
- Update accounts and resolve issues using the Kraken platform
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring compliance and embodying core values
- Manage personal vehicle and complete daily checks and mileage forms
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, field roles, or supporting vulnerable people (debt experience a bonus)
- High empathy, resilience, and adaptability in challenging interactions
- Full valid UK driving licence, 2 years’ driving experience, no more than 6 penalty points; access to suitable vehicle required
