Location: Hybrid in Manchester with minimum 60% office time per month; initial full-time office for new starters. Shifts Monday-Friday 8am-9pm, including some bank holidays.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to emails, answering a variety of trading and investment queries timely and professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with service level agreements and company policies.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing support to build knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills and polite, professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle 40-hour weeks with varied shifts.
