What you will do

• Build and manage Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research and A/B testing.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits to optimize site structure, metadata, and page speed.
• Develop and execute backlink strategies to enhance overall site visibility and search authority.
• Track key metrics like CTR, bounce rate, and conversions using GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and developers to implement technical SEO and content strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads.
• Deep knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work the specific shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM NZT.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce CMS.
• Proven track record of boosting Quality Scores and CTR while optimizing ad spend.
