What you will do

• Build clean, maintainable features and resolve end-to-end issues by evaluating multiple approaches for high-quality customer outcomes
• Ensure solutions deliver business value, meet quality standards, and align with engineering practices
• Contribute to technical debt strategy, test approaches prioritizing security, usability, and accessibility
• Review code focusing on performance, resilience, maintainability, and security
• Promote continuous improvement, coach engineers, and research emerging technologies

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills to facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment
• Hands-on experience with production-grade backend systems using Java 17+/Kotlin, Spring, or Node.js REST microservices
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular or related frameworks
• Deep knowledge of clean code/architecture, databases, SQL, API design, and cloud security best practices
• Experience with TDD, testing pyramid, Agile/Scrum, Git, Git Flow, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to optimize software, solve complex problems, and provide high-quality code reviews
