What you will do

  • Build and lead the sales function from the ground up, defining strategy, pipeline, and KPIs.
  • Acquire licensed betting and iGaming merchants, focusing on LATAM alternative payments for European and global clients.
  • Sell payment gateway solutions emphasizing stability and multi-channel routing.
  • Develop cold outreach, networking strategies, and leverage personal industry connections via LinkedIn.
  • Structure full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiations to onboarding and first transactions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Support for smooth integrations and service quality.
  • Contribute to growth initiatives like card payments expansion and scaling the sales team.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required (Russian is a strong advantage).
  • Solid experience in payments industry (PSP, gateway, aggregator, acquiring) with understanding of provider-side sales.
  • Proven ability to build processes independently in small/early-stage teams.
  • Strong professional network in betting, gaming, high-risk, or LATAM markets (active LinkedIn presence essential).
  • Strong cold outreach and value-based selling skills without brand reliance.
  • Ambitious entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication.
