What you will do

• Define and maintain technical architecture across software, AI, networking, and equipment integration as a system-level leader.
• Lead the development of end-to-end industrial solutions from problem analysis and requirements to validation and deployment.
• Design and develop software enabling data collection and AI-supported use cases for quality, performance, and diagnostics.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into industrial systems considering operational, safety, and lifecycle constraints.
• Drive system integration, commissioning, verification, and troubleshooting within industrial environments.
• Act as a technical interface for stakeholders across automation, electrical, IT/OT, and business teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, software, vision, or AI development within equipment-related contexts.
• Proven experience in systems design and end-to-end solution architecture.
• Solid background in software development using C#, C++, Python, or similar languages.
• Practical experience with data processing pipelines and integrating AI/ML models into operational software.
• Experience with IoT technologies (preferably Microsoft IoT stack) and message broker/event bus technologies.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes-based orchestration (AKS, RKE, or K3s).
• Practical understanding of industrial networking, including TCP/IP, routing, and communication between edge devices, PLCs, and cloud systems.
• Experience with industrial vision systems, including image acquisition and vision pipelines for quality inspection.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with LLM-based or generative AI solutions in engineering or industrial contexts.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, SQLite, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
• Experience with ReactJS and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Beckhoff, Siemens, HMI/SCADA systems, and field bus technologies.
