What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI features in Python stack using FastAPI, Django/DRF, and explore frameworks like BentoML for scalability.
• Build AI agents, decision-support tools, and automation into product workflows.
• Implement and optimize LLM systems, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures for property management.
• Integrate NLP, voice processing, and computer vision into customer-facing and internal tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and deploy AI solutions.
• Ensure security best practices, model monitoring, and documentation for AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years Python development, FastAPI or Django/DRF experience
• Proven production deployment of AI/ML applications
• Async/streaming APIs, context engineering for LLMs
• AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace), LLM tools (LangChain, PydanticAI)
• Model deployment with Docker/Kubernetes, BentoML; vector DBs, RAG
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLOps (MLflow); software best practices

Nice to have

• Voice-to-text, IVR, computer vision systems
