What you will do

• Take absolute ownership of a product domain or platform component: shape technical direction, write/review code, maintain CI/CD, prepare releases, ensure production stability.
• Rapidly prototype ideas into working solutions using AI tools for specs, tests, refactoring, and planning.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks via architecture improvements, infrastructure changes, and observability enhancements.
• Orchestrate daily development with LLM tools like Claude Code for debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Validate AI outputs to maintain code integrity and prevent architectural drift.
• Connect business needs to technical plans, prioritize impactfully, monitor production, and handle incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong fundamentals across languages, frameworks, and environments.
• Advanced AI usage: Regular employment of LLM-based tools for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, code review.
• Linux and CI/CD experience: Strong Linux fundamentals, building/maintaining/troubleshooting pipelines.
• Product mindset: Turn unclear requirements into technical plans, make trade-offs, prioritize by impact.
• Ownership: Shipped projects in high-accountability environments.
• Clear communication: Professional English for status updates and explaining trade-offs to stakeholders.
